Se realiza cirugía de catarata, bajo anestésia tópica, mediate facoemulsificación e implante de lente endosacular a través de incisión de 2.2 mm y posteriormente extracción de la lente Artiflex a través de incisión ampliada a 3 mm en meridiano más curvo.

Cataract surgery is performed under topical anesthesia, using phacoemulsification and implantation of an endosacular lens through a 2.2 mm incision and subsequent removal of the Artiflex lens through an incision extended to 3 mm in the most curved meridian.
