Catarata en niño secundaria a traumatismo contuso. Presenta catarata blanca con fibrosis y retracción de la cápsula anterior. La capsulorexis es difícil de realizar por la adherencia de la misma por la fibrosis y por gran tensión intrasacular.
Cataract in a child secondary to blunt trauma. It presents white cataract with fibrosis and retraction of the anterior capsule. Capsulorhexis is difficult to perform because of fibrosis adherence and great intrasacular tension.
